摘要
济南凤凰为三塔自锚式悬索桥,三主塔均为钢主塔,钢主塔节段安装施工一般采用支架自顶升的施工方法,该方法存在整体吊装难度大、吊装设备要求高、爬架自重大等问题。采用无支架安装并在边塔和主塔结合实际情况分别使用不同设备吊装,使钢塔吊装稳定、定位精确、安装方便。钢主塔施工主要包括结合段施工、结合段钢塔吊装、标准钢主塔节段吊装、索鞍吊装、上下横梁安装等工况,不同节段根据现有设备依次吊装,为主塔施工节约了时间,为后续施工创造了条件,同时也为其他无支架钢塔施工项目提供了借鉴。
Jinan Fenghuang is a 3-pylon self-anchored suspension bridge,its 3 main pylons are all steel main pylons.The segment installation and construction of steel main pylon generally adopts the construction method of support self jacking.This method has many problems such as difficult overall hoisting,high requirements for hoisting equipment,heavy dead weight of climbing frame and so on.The steel pylon is installed without support,and the side pylon and main pylon are hoisted with different equipment according to the actual situation,so that the steel pylon can be hoisted stably,positioned accurately and installed conveniently.The construction of steel main pylon mainly includes the construction of combination segment,steel pylon hoisting in combination segment,segmental hoisting of standard steel main pylon,cable saddle hoisting,upper and lower beams installation and other working conditions.Different segments are hoisted in turn according to the existing equipment,which saves time for the construction of main pylon and creates conditions for subsequent construction.At the same time,it also provides reference for the construction of unsupported steel pylon in other projects.
