摘要
采用有限元软件对大吨位外挂式塔式起重机爬升及工作状态进行模拟分析,采用墙体刚度折减系数说明墙体损伤情况,分析各类附墙加固位置,在保证结构安全的同时,有效控制加固施工成本。采用大吨位外挂式塔式起重机基于墙体局部加强及改变传力途径的多层级附墙加固方式,保证结构安全。通过加固钢支撑的合理分段,采用可拆卸高强螺栓连接,减小安装难度,3套钢支撑周转使用,缩短施工工期。
The finite element software is used to simulate the climb and working state of large-tonnage external tower cranes.The wall stiffness reduction factor is used to illustrate the damage of the wall,and the various wall reinforcement positions are analyzed.While ensuring structural safety,the construction cost of reinforcement is effectively controlled.The large-tonnage external tower crane is used to ensure the structural safety based on the multi-layered wall reinforcement method of locally strengthening and changing the force transmission path..By reinforced the reasonable segmentation of the steel support,the detachable high-strength bolt connection is adopted to reduce the installation difficulty,and the three sets of steel supports are used for turnover to shorten the construction period.
