摘要
武汉绿地中心项目核心筒主要由钢板剪力墙和连梁构成,而项目本身超高层的特性,决定了连梁截面尺寸超大、内嵌钢骨、离地超高等特点,都会给施工增加困难。针对这些问题,秉承绿色施工理念,项目利用基坑支护工程拆除的钢立柱作为连梁高支模的支撑体系进行分层施工,总结出一种超大、超高钢骨连梁的绿色施工技术。
The project of Wuhan Greenland Center core wall is made of steel plate shear walls and coupling beams. The high-rise properties determine the coupling beam large section size,embedded reinforced, high off the ground and some other characteristics, which increases the construction difficulties. Aiming at these problems and adhering to the concept of green construction,the project uses the steel columns for excavation of foundation pit support engineering as the high formwork support system to go on layered construction,which sums up a green construction technology of supper large and supper high steel reinforced coupling beams.
