摘要
上海五角场万达广场影城在商场正常营运期间进行施工改造,施工方案的确定需结合场地条件,并考虑对商家经营的影响。经修改设计及优化,确定切除原屋面架构梁柱及板、新增框架梁柱施工、新增屋面钢梁吊装、压型钢板铺设及看台施工的施工方案,达到节约工期和施工方便的目的。解决钢梁吊装、原屋面梁板切割等难题。此外,对改造工程中易发且难以解决的防雨堵漏措施展开讨论,并总结一些经验。
Reconstruction of Shanghai Wujiaochang Wanda Cinema is carried out in business operation. The construction schemes are determined in combination with the conditions of the site, and the influence of the business operation is considered. The construction scheme of removing the original roof frame beam and plate, adding frame beam and column, adding roof steel beam hoisting, press-type steel plate laying and grandstand construction is determined by modifying the design and optimizing the construction plan , it saves construction costs and shortens the construction time. The problems of lifting steel beam and cutting original roof beam plate are solved. In addition , the methods of preventing, anti?rain and water leakage are discussed , and some practical experience are summarized.
