摘要
半导体产业是作为信息产业的基石,其技术水平和发展规模已成为衡量一个国家产业竞争力和综合国力的重要标志之一。为了推动我国半导体产业发展,进而打破国外垄断、增强产业创新能力和国际竞争力,必须抓住半导体芯片市场的发展机遇。为此,在阐述晶闸管芯片结构设计发展方向的基础上,设计了新式门级结构和多层半导体结构,旨在提升晶闸管芯片的触发电流与动态特性。
Semiconductor industry is the cornerstone of information industry,and its technical level and development scale have become one of the important symbols to measure a country's industrial competitiveness and comprehensive national strength.In order to promote the development of semiconductor industry,break the foreign monopoly,and enhance the innovation ability and international competitiveness,we must seize the development opportunity of semiconductor chip market.In order to improve the trigger current and dynamic characteristics of thyristor chips,a new gate structure and a multi-layer semiconductor structure are designed based on the development direction of thyristor chip design.
