摘要
在应对人口老龄化,满足老年群众多方面需求上,我国出台了加快发展养老服务业、全面放开养老服务市场等措施,加快建设养服务体系建设,但政策的多样化也带来了复杂化,使得老年人和家庭不能有效获取资源,成为了养老服务的“堵点”,养老顾问就是调节供需双方的便民服务措施,打通政策“堵点”的对接协调机制。本文对国内外养老模式现状进行分析,探索养老顾问的可持续发展,创新管理机制的持续发展。
In order to cope with the aging population and meet the needs of the elderly in many aspects, China has introduced measures such as accelerating the development of the elderly care service industry and fully liberalizing the elderly care service market to speed up the construction of the elderly care service system. However, various policies have also brought complexity, which makes the elderly and families unable to effectively obtain resources and become the "blocking points" of the elderly care service. The elderly care consultant is a convenient service measure to regulate the supply and demand sides, which opens up the docking and coordination mechanism of policy "blocking points". This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign elderly care models, and explores the sustainable development of elderly care consultants and innovative management mechanisms.
