摘要
核电设备的安全性要求极高,为解决核电厂核辐射监测(KRT)系统实际工况下的误报警问题,在实验室环境下搭建了KRT系统抗瞬态脉冲干扰试验最小系统,提出了带有集总电容C的模拟测试方案,并从不同端口开展了电磁干扰注入试验。试验结果表明:模拟测试方案的抗扰度测试结果低于GB/T 17626.4-2018测试方案,较低的干扰等级就能触发KRT系统误报警;KRT系统的敏感设备为本地信号处理显示单元(LPDU)及其探头回路,LPDU敏感端口为探头线端口及主机接地端口,两端口的电磁瞬态最低抗扰等级分别为220 V、270 V。安装及运维工程师现场操作时,要充分保护敏感回路,防止引入干扰;设备厂商应结合实际工况开展电磁抗扰试验,以使试验结果对于核电厂关键设备的安全运行及维护更有指导意义。
The safety requirements of nuclear power equipment are extremely high.In order to solve false alarm problem of nuclear radiation monitoring(KRT)system in nuclear power plant under actual working conditions,the minimum KRT system for transient pulse interference test is built in the laboratory environment,a simulation test scheme with lumped capacitance C is proposed,and electromagnetic interference injection tests are carried out from different ports.The test results show that the immunity test result of the simulation test scheme is lower than that of the GB/T 17626.4-2018 test scheme,and lower interference level can trigger the KRT system false alarm.The sensitive equipment of KRT system is the local signal processing display unit(LPDU)and its probe loop.The LPDU sensitive port is the probe line port and the host grounding port.The minimum immunity level of electromagnetic transient of the two ports is 220 V and 270 V respectively.The installation,operation and maintenance engineer should fully protect the sensitive loop during on-site operation to prevent interference introduction;the equipment manufacturer should carry out electromagnetic immunity test in combination with the actual working conditions to make the test results more instructive for the safe operation and maintenance of key equipment in the nuclear power plant.
