摘要
目的 探讨1+N导师制在高职护生职业生涯规划课程中的应用。方法 2021年9月至2021年12月,选取某职业技术学院高职护理四年级4~6班的145名护生为对照组,按常规由专职职业生涯规划教师承担理论及实训课各2学时;1~3班176名护生为试验组,配置1+N位专职+兼职导师,按理论-见习-实训-线上辅导(2+2+2+n学时)模式进行教学。使用职业认同问卷、职业生涯规划问卷进行效果评价。结果 试验组护生职业认同得分(75.63±5.66分)及职业生涯规划得分(73.32±11.37分)均高于对照组护生[(60.49±10.28)分,(69.94±13.61)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 在大中专院校职业生涯规划课程中实行1+N导师制教学模式,有利于提升护生职业认同感及职业生涯规划水平,稳定护士队伍,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of 1+N tutorial system in career planning course of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods From September 2021 to December 2021, 145 nursing students from Class 4-6, Grade 4 of higher vocational nursing in a vocational and technical college were selected as the control group, they were trained in theory and practice by professional career planning teachers. 176 nursing students from class 1-3, Grade 4 were selected as the experimental group. They were taught by full-time and part-time tutors in the mode of theory-novities-practice-online tutoring, the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students(PIQNS)and the Career Planning Questionnaire for Nurse Students(CPQNS) were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results The scores of professional identity and career planning in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusions The implementation of 1+N tutorial system in the course of career planning is beneficial to the improvement of nursing students’ professional identity and career planning level.
