摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术采取丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼的效果。方法 选择90例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者,采用双色球法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组用丙泊酚+舒芬太尼,研究组用丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼。比较不同时间两组心率与平均动脉压、麻醉时间指标、不良反应发生率。结果 T_(0)、T_(1)时,两组心率、平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)时,研究组心率与平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组拔管、自主呼吸恢复、语言应答、睁眼时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜卵巢囊肿术中予以丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼方案,可更好地维持术中心率与平均动脉压稳定,同时缩短麻醉相关时间指标,减轻不良反应,安全性好,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection. Methods A total of 90 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were divided into control group and study group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received propofol + sufentanil, and the study group received propofol + remifentanil.Heart rate and mean arterial pressure at different time points, indexes of anesthesia time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results At T_(0) and T_(1), there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). At T_(2), T_(3), T_(4), T_(5), the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Extubation, spontaneous respiration recovery, language response and eye opening time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol + remifentanil in laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery can better maintain the stability of center rate and mean arterial pressure, shorten anesthesia related time indexes, reduce adverse reactions, good safety, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
