斜拉桥异形拱塔钢混结合段施工关键技术 被引量:8

Key Construction Techniques for Steel and Concrete Joint Section of Spacial-shape Arch Pylon of Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要 南京花山大桥主桥为100 m+50 m+100 m斜拉桥,采用纵立面向一侧倾斜的心形钢拱塔,钢混结合段是整个拱塔施工的关键部位。为了保证异形拱塔钢混结合段的施工质量和效率,采用专门设计的组合式钢模板和钢结构制造工艺控制拱塔几何形态;采用定位胎架和手拉葫芦(或千斤顶)对钢混结合段钢结构进行精确定位和调整;采用补偿收缩混凝土,并采取分层浇筑、附着式振捣与插入式振捣结合、易脱空部位压浆等工艺保证钢混结合段混凝土浇筑密实。花山大桥主桥钢混结合段的顺利施工,验证了相关施工技术的可行性。 The main bridge of Huashan Bridge in Nanjing is a cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement of 100 m+50 m+100 m. The pylon of the bridge takes the heart-shaped arch inclined to one side in the longitudinal elevation, and the steel and concrete joint section of the bridge is the critical part in the construction of the whole bridge pylon. In order to ensure the construction quality and efficiency of steel-concrete joint section of special-shaped arch pylon, a specially designed combined steel formwork and steel structure manufacturing process are used to control the geometry of arch pylon;the positioning support frame and chain hoist(or jack) are used to accurately position and adjust the steel structure of the steel-concrete joint section;the shrinkage-compensating concrete is adopted, and techniques such as layered pouring, combination of attached vibrating and inserting vibrating, and grouting at easy-to-empty parts are adopted to ensure compact concrete pouring in the steel-concrete junction. The smooth construction of the steel and concrete joint section of Huashan Bridge verifies the feasibility of the relevant construction technology.
