摘要
目的 了解济宁市外环境禽流感病毒分布情况,为禽流感防控提供科学依据。方法 2020年—2021年采集禽流感外环境标本320份,使用实时荧光定量PCR法进行甲型流感病毒检测,阳性标本再进行H5、H7和H9亚型禽流感病毒分型。结果 2020年—2021年济宁市外环境禽流感病毒的阳性率为14.69%(47/320),其中H5、H7和H9亚型的阳性率分别为3.44%(11/320)、0.31%(1/320)和10.94%(35/320)。不同监测场所中城乡活禽市场禽流感病毒阳性率最高,为17.92%(43/240)。不同标本类型中案板擦拭标本和禽类饮水阳性率较高,分别为24.49%(12/49)和24.07%(13/54)。结论 济宁市外环境中存在禽流感病毒污染,存在人感染禽流感风险,应加强禽流感监测。
Objective This study aims to analyze the distribution of avian influenza virus in external environment in Ji’ning City, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of avian influenza. Methods A total of 320 avian influenza external environment samples were collected from 2020 to 2021. Real-time PCR was used to detect influenza A virus, and H5, H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus were subtyped in the positive samples. Results The positive rate of avian influenza virus was 14.69%(47/320), while the positive rate of H5, H7 and H9 subtypes were 3.44%(11/320), 0.31%(1/320) and 10.94%(35/320), respectively. The positive rate in the live poultry markets with 17.92%(43/240) was the highest in different monitoring sites. The positive rates in chopping boards(24.49%, 12/49) and poultry drinking water(24.07%, 13/54) were high in different types of samples. Conclusion Avian influenza virus existed in the external environment in Ji’ning City, and the risk of human infection with avian influenza was existed. The surveillance for avian influenza should be strengthened.
