摘要
目的了解平顶山市湛河区外环境中禽流感病毒的分布情况,评估湛河区人禽流感的发生风险。方法采用实时荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测流感病毒A型核酸,阳性者进一步做H5、H7、H9亚型的核酸分型检测。结果共采集外环境标本385份,阳性111份,阳性率为28.83%,其中H9占74.77%,主要流行株未有明显改变。在采集外环境标本类型中,阳性率最高为脱毛机,为43.59%;不同禽类用具中,鸭具阳性率最高,为44.78%;不同月份中,12月份采集的标本阳性率最高,为59.38%,冬春季阳性率高于夏秋季。结论湛河区外环境中存在以H9为主的禽流感病毒,冬春季活禽交易市场是人感染禽流感的高风险季节和场所。
Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the distribution of avian influenza virus in the external environment and assess the risk of human avian influenza in Zhanhe.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect influenza A nucleic acid,and the positive specimens were further tested for nucleic acid typing of H5,H7 and H9 subtypes.Results A total of 385 environmental specimens were collected,111 of which were positive,with a positive rate of 28.83%,and H9 accounted for 74.77%.The main epidemic strains were not significantly changed.Among the specimens collected in the external environment,the highest positive rate was 43.59%from hair removal machine.Among the test results of different poultry appliances,the highest positive rate was from ducks,accounting for 44.78%.In different months,the highest positive rate was 59.38%in December,and the positive rate in winter and spring was higher than that in summer and autumn.Conclusion H9 strain of avian influenza virus existed in the external environment in Zhanhe District.The live poultry trading market in winter and spring was a high-risk season and place for human infection with avian influenza.
