摘要
高黎贡山是中国国家级自然保护区、世界生物圈保护区、三江并流世界自然遗产的重要组成部分,是具有国际意义的陆地生物多样性关键地区,其生物多样性保护已成为全社会共识。绿色金融作为支持环境改善、应对气候变化和资源节约高效利用的经济活动,与高黎贡山生物多样性保护理念高度契合。为了解绿色金融支持高黎贡山生物多样性保护现状,通过实地走访、调查等形式,收集整理了高黎贡山自然保护区建设历程以及动植物新种发现情况,梳理政府部门和金融部门对高黎贡山生物多样性保护的做法措施,尝试构建高黎贡山生物多样性金融风险衡量体系,并对绿色金融支持高黎贡山生物多样性保护存在问题提出相适应的政策建议,以供参考。
Gaoligong Mountain is an important part of China National Nature Reserve,World Biosphere Reserve and Three Rivers Parallel Flow World Natural Heritage.It is a key area of terrestrial biodiversity with international significance,and the conservation of its biodiversity has become a consensus of the whole society.As an economic activity that supports environmental improvement,climate change response and resource conservation and efficient utilization,green finance is highly compatible with the concept of biodiversity protection in Gaoligong Mountain.To understand green financial support gaoligong mountains biodiversity protection present situation,through field visits,surveys and other forms,collect the gaoligong mountains nature reserve construction course and animal and plant species found,combing the government departments and the financial sector to the practice of gaoligong mountains biodiversity conservation measures,trying to build gaoligong mountains biodiversity measure system of financial risk,And put forward some policy suggestions for the existing problems of green finance support for biodiversity protection in Gaoligong Mountain for reference.
