摘要
绿色发展既是高质量发展的应有之义,也是高质量发展的重要推动力,协调推进生态绿色化与经济高质量发展意义重大。本文利用2010-2019年我国30个省份(不包含西藏和港澳台地区)的面板数据,构建生态绿色化与经济高质量发展的综合评价体系,运用耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,重点分析省际两系统的耦合协调关系,识别其时间演化规律及空间分布格局,诊断其障碍因子。研究表明,考察期内我国生态绿色化与经济高质量发展水平总体呈上升态势,生态绿色化发展波动明显;两系统的耦合协调度经历了“拮抗→磨合→协调”阶段后,目前整体处于协调阶段;省际间由于区位条件、经济状态等的不同,发展差异较大,森林覆盖率、二氧化硫排放总量、废水排放总量成为关键影响因素。
Green development is not only the due meaning of high-quality development, but also an important thrust of high-quality development. It is of great significance to coordinate the promotion of ecological green and high-quality economic development. Using China’s 30 provinces in 2008-2019(do not include the Tibet and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Region) of panel data, build the development of economy and high quality ecological greening and comprehensive evaluation system, using the coupled coordination degree model and the disorder degree model, mainly analyzes the coupling coordination of provincial two system, identifying the time evolution law and space distribution pattern,Diagnose its disorder factor.The results show that the level of ecological greening and high-quality economic development in China is on the rise during the survey period, and the development of ecological greening fluctuates obviously.The coupling coordination degree of the two systems has gone through the stage of "antagonism → running-in → coordination", and is now in the overall coordination stage.Due to the differences in location conditions and economic status among provinces, there are great differences in development. Forest coverage rate, total sulfur dioxide emission and total wastewater discharge are the key influencing factors.
