摘要
新型城镇化最重要的核心和关键,就是使转户农民真正市民化,提高其生活质量和水平。传统评价城镇化发展水平一般采用主要指标法,通过城镇人口比重或非农业人口比重对城镇化发展进行评价。由于指标单一,该类评价存在一定片面性,已不能满足新型城镇化的发展评价需要。应用多个指标构建适合西部新型城镇化发展测评体系,采用熵值法对西部新型城镇化发展总体水平进行测评,就测评中反映的西部新型城镇化发展中存在问题提出相关政策建议。
