摘要 该文将事故致因“2-4”模型(24Model)与决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和解释结构模型法(ISM)集成,构建了高校实验室24Model-D-ISM模型。使用该模型对100起高校实验室安全事故分析,首先识别事故原因得到不安全动作与不安全物态因素,然后用24Model方法对典型事故进行深层次分析得到组织层面致因因素,基于此构建了包含4个一级指标和16个二级指标的高校实验室安全管理指标体系,最后用DEMATEL-ISM方法建立递阶结构模型对因素间关系进行分析,结果表明安全管理监管与责任体系缺失是导致事故发生的整体性根源原因。分析结果验证了24Model-D-ISM模型在高校实验室安全管理影响因素识别与分析中的有效性,该模型可为高校实验室安全管理体系的改进提供支持。 In this paper,the 24Model-D-ISM model of university laboratory is constructed by integrating the accident cause(24model)with the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory and the interpretative structural modeling method.This model is used to analyze 100 laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities.Firstly,the causes of accidents are identified to obtain unsafe actions and unsafe physical factors.Then,the 24Model method is used to analyze typical accidents in depth to obtain organizational-level causal factors.Based on this,a safety management index system for university laboratories including 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators is constructed.Finally,the DEMATEL-ISM method is used to establish a hierarchical structure model to analyze the relationship between factors.The results show that the lack of safety management supervision and responsibility system is the overall root cause of accidents.The analysis results verify the effectiveness of the 24Model-D-ISM model in the identification and analysis of the influencing factors of university laboratory safety management.This model can provide support for the improvement of university laboratory safety management system.
