摘要
目前在高校实验室安全管理工作日渐重视下,文化建设被视为是实验室安全建设中的重要内容,文化认同则又是文化建设中要考虑的重中之重。为明晰高校实验室安全文化认同体系,进而提升高校实验室安全文化建设质量与效率,分析了高校主导实验室安全文化的形成过程,并设计了高校实验室安全文化认同体系框架。在此基础上,分别从个体、群体和组织3个方面,详细介绍高校实验室安全文化认同体系,提取了对高校实验室安全文化认同有显著影响的12个关键因素,并提出需从这些关键影响因素着手来促进高校实验室安全文化认同。结果表明,高校主导实验室安全文化是师生认同高校实验室安全文化的基础,高校实验室安全文化认同是主导安全文化向强化实验室安全文化过渡的关键环节。
At present, in the laboratory safety management in Colleges and universities, cultural construction is regarded as an important part of laboratory safety construction, and cultural identity is the most important thing to be considered in cultural construction. In order to clarify college laboratory safety culture identity principle, enhance the quality and efficiency of university laboratory safety culture construction, analyzes the forming process of leading laboratory safety culture, the university laboratory safety culture identity principle frame is designed. On this basis, from 3 aspects of individual, group and organizational identity, detailed laboratory safety culture identity principle is extracted as 12 key factors. These have obvious influence on university laboratory safety culture identity, and these key factors promote the university laboratory safety culture identity. The results show that the leading laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities is the foundation of student’s identity of college laboratory safety culture; university laboratory safety culture identity is the key link to enterprise safety culture.
