实验室文化是一个实验室精神风貌的集中反映,积极健康实验室文化的创建对于以创新为灵魂的研究型专业开放实验室的发展尤为重要。在论述实验室文化建设的必要性的基础上,结合近年来湖南农业大学湖南省植物激素重点实验室建设和人性化管理的具体实践,探讨了"以人为本,和谐发展"的实验室文化建设的内涵及其实现途径与方式。
