摘要
煤矿员工安全意识的提高是煤矿前端管理的重中之重,以提高矿工的安全意识为目的,采用文献分析法和访谈法凝练出影响矿工安全意识的四大方面13个影响因素,建立了4级阶梯结构关系的矿工安全意识影响因素解释结构模型。研究发现,个人防护、安全管理、安全感知水平是影响矿工安全意识的直接原因;安全设施状况和安全制度是最基础的因素;其余因素作为中间层间接影响矿工的安全意识。基于ISM模型,针对主要影响因素提出了具体的预防建议,对降低事故的发生率具有重要意义。
Miners safety consciousness enhancement is the key of the front end of coal mine management,in order to improve the miners′safety consciousness,uses the literature analysis method and interview method concise influence 13 miners safety awareness of the four aspects influencing factors,to establish the relationship between the structure of four steps of the miners safety awareness factors explain structure model.It is found that personal protection,safety management and safety perception level are the direct reasons affecting miners′safety consciousness.The condition of safety facilities and safety system are the most basic factors;the other factors indirectly affect the safety consciousness of miners as the middle layer.Based on ISM model,specific prevention suggestions are put forward for the main influencing factors,which is of great significance to reduce the incidence of accidents.
