摘要
标准数字化转型已成为国际国内标准化领域发展的重要战略方向,利用用例准确识别用户需求是转型过程中形成共识、模型构建、系统工具开发的基础。本文系统介绍了ISO-IEC对SMART标准用例的研究现状,梳理了用例的通用模板,以及收集、整理和验证方法,并从标准数字化转型的技术基础、手段与动力等方面阐述了用例研究的作用与启示,对明确我国标准化领域的数字化转型方法、重点与技术路径具有重要意义。
The digital transformation of standards has become an important strategic direction in the development of international and domestic standardization fields. Accurately identifying user’s needs with use cases is the basis of consensus formation, model building and system tool development in the transformation process. This study systematically introduces the current situation of ISO-IEC’s research on SMART standard use cases, describes the common templates of use cases, as well as the collection, collation and verification methods, and expounds the role and inspiration of use case research from the technical basis, means and power of the transformation, which is of great significance to clarify the digital transformation method, key points and technical path in China’s standardization field.
