摘要
基于“1+X”粮农食品安全评价职业技能等级证书的相关职业技能要求,分析了食品理化检验课程课证融通所存在的问题,并从优化教学内容体系、加强虚拟仿真教学实训室的建设和使用以及提升教师教学能力等3个方面进行了研究和实践,以期全面提高学生综合能力,为食品分析提供更多人才。
Based on the requirement of vocational skill level certificate in food safety evaluation for food and agriculture technical, this paper analyzed the problems in the integration of vocational skill standards into physical and chemical analysis of food. Studies and practices have been conducted from three aspects: optimizing the course content system, strengthening the construction and use of virtual simulation laboratory, and improving teaching ability, in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of students and provide more talents for food analysis.
