Research progress in the treatment of Kümmell’s disease

摘要 Kümmell病是一种复杂的脊柱疾病,常表现为进行性脊柱后凸和顽固性腰背痛,严重影响生活质量。目前,该病保守治疗效果并不满意,经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术或经皮椎体成形术已成为有明显疼痛而无神经症状的Kümmell病患者的首选治疗方法,但随访发现术后具有骨水泥移位的风险;对有脊髓压迫症状者是否适用存在争议,包括开放手术和微创手术等。Kümmell病治疗方法根据分期有所不同。本文将对该病治疗进展进行综述。 Kümmell’s disease, a complex spinal disease, is often characterized by progressive kyphosis and intractable low back pain,which seriously impacts the quality of life in the elderly. As the conservative treatments of Kümmell’s disease are not satisfied at present, the percutaneous kyphoplasty or percutaneous vertebroplasty is preferred to this disease with obvious pain without neurological symptoms, despite of the risk of bone cement displacement postoperatively. However, the treatment for that complicated spinal cord compression is controversial, including open surgery and minimally invasive surgery. The treatments of Kümmell’s disease should be varied according to different stages. This paper reviews the reseach progress in the treatment of Kümmell’s disease.
