摘要
采用L9(34)正交设计法研究了羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)硫黄硫化体系对胶膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄硫化体系中,对XNBRL胶膜拉伸强度影响最大的因素是硫黄(S)的用量,随S用量的增大,胶膜拉伸强度先增大后减小;胶膜拉伸强度最高的硫化体系配比为S∶ZDEC∶ZnO=1.25∶1∶3;对XNBRL胶膜拉断伸长率、100%定伸应力影响最大的因素是氧化锌(ZnO)的用量,随ZnO用量的增大,胶膜拉断伸长率和100%定伸应力均增大;胶膜拉断伸长率最大、100%定伸应力最低的硫化体系配比是S∶ZDEC∶ZnO=1.25∶1∶1;氧化锌对XNBRL具有助交联作用。
The effect of sulfur curing system on the mechanical properties of carboxyl nitrile latex(XNBRL)film was studied by L9(3~4)orthogonal design.The results showed that the most significant factor on the tensile strength of XNBRL film in sulfur curing system was the amount of sulfur.With the increase of sulfur content,the tensile strength of XNBRL film increased first and then decreased.The ratio of curing system with the highest tensile strength of rubber film was S∶ZDEC∶ZnO=1.25∶1∶3.The most significant factor on the elongation at break and modulus at 100%of XNBRL film was the amount of zinc oxide.With the increase of ZnO content,the elongation at break and modulus at 100%of XNBRL film increased.The ratio of curing system with the highest elongation at break and the lowest modulus at 100%was S∶ZDEC∶ZnO=1.25∶1∶1.ZnO could promote the crosslinking of XNBRL.
