羧基丁腈胶乳的合成、配合加工及共混研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)是丁二烯、丙烯腈和丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的三元共聚物,是丁腈胶乳的改性品种。由于引入了羧基,同时含有C=C双键,可通过多种方式进行交联硫化,如硫磺硫化、过氧化物硫化、羧基脱水交联、胺类硫化、环氧化合物硫化、二异氰酸酯硫化、辐照硫化,从而获得各种优良性能,且优于普通丁腈胶乳。其制品具有优异的耐油、耐化学和力学性能,广泛应用于各种橡胶和非橡胶制品。文中对羧基丁腈胶乳的合成、配合加工(可采用炭黑、白炭黑、粘土、蛋白、石墨等进行填充和补强)及共混(可与异种胶乳、树脂或其它聚合物进行共混)等研究进展进行综述。 The carboxylated nitrile latex is a terpolymer of butadiene,acrylonitrile and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid. It is a modification category of the nitrile latex. Due to the introduction of carboxyl,meanwhile,with C = C,it can be vulcanized through a variety of ways,such as sulphur,peroxide,carboxyl dehydration,amine,epoxide,diisocyanate,irradiation. Accordingly,it could obtain the excellent performances,and the performances are better than these of the ordinary nitrile latex. The products have excellent oil resistance,chemical resistance and mechanical properties,for which they are widely researched and applied in a variety of rubber and nonrubber products. The research progresses in the synthesis,compounding( it could be filled and reinforced with carbon black,silica,clay,protein,and graphite)and blending( it could be blended with different kinds of latex,resin or other polymers) of the carboxylated nitrile latex were summarized in this paper.
