橡胶硫化黏合促进剂研制与开发进展

摘要 橡胶与金属是两种不同的材料,它们的化学结构和机械性能存在着很大的差别,但是橡胶通过硫化与金属黏合,却可以使橡胶的高弹性与金属的高强度结合起来,从而实现橡胶与金属材料黏合[1~2]。本文描述了在橡胶金属复合材料特别是轮胎工业中子午线轮胎生产有关的橡胶黏合促进剂。并且简要叙述了橡胶硫化黏合促进剂的发展历程、概念和作用机理,以及自主研发环保型黏合促进剂。 Rubber and metal are two different materials,and their chemical structures and mechanical properties are very different.However,if the rubber is bonded to the metal through vulcanization,the high elasticity of the rubber can be combined with the high strength of the metal,thereby realizing the bonding between the rubber and the metal material.This paper describes rubber adhesion promoters relevant in the production of rubber metal composites,especially radial tires in the tire industry.And this paper briefly describes the development history,concept and mechanism of rubber vulcanization adhesion promoter,and also introduces the self-developed environmentally friendly adhesion promoter.
