不同秋兰姆类促进剂TRA对NBR发泡胶硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文使用密炼机,探索了不同秋兰姆类促进剂TRA对NBR发泡胶硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响,结果表明:无论秋兰姆的用量怎样变化,胶料的硫化速度始终大于胶料的发泡速度;TRA具有延迟AC发泡剂发泡的作用;随着秋兰姆类促进剂TRA用量的增大,发泡胶料的扯断强度逐渐增大,发泡胶料的断裂伸长率逐渐下降,发泡胶料的密度呈现先减少后增大的趋势;TRA的最佳用量为1份;同时门尼黏度大是发泡胶料密度大的主要原因。 In this paper,the effects of different thiuram accelerators TRA on the vulcanization characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of NBR styrofoam were explored using an internal mixer.The results show that no matter how the amount of thiuram changes,the vulcanization rate of the compound is always greater than the foaming rate of the compound.TRA has the effect of delaying the foaming of the AC blowing agent.With the increase of the amount of thiuram-type accelerator TRA,the breaking strength of foam rubber gradually increased,the elongation at break decreased gradually,and the density showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The optimal dosage of TRA is 1 part,and the high Mooney viscosity is the main reason for the high density of foamed rubber.
