摘要
丁腈橡胶泡沫材料不但具有较好的耐水、耐油及抗老化性,还超越了传统隔声材料以高密度、大厚度来增加隔声效果的方法,并具有质量轻、厚度薄以及良好的机械加工性能等优点,是一种具有很好的发展前景的声学材料。本实验主要研究了发泡剂浓度及材料厚度对丁腈橡胶材料声学性能的影响,并对吸声隔音机理进行了探讨。
Acoustic properties of nitrile rubber foams were studied in this paper. Nitrile rubber foams are kinds of prospective acoustic materials ,which possess the properties of light weight and thin thickness which are different from the traditional acoustic materials, except the advantage of excellent water resistance, oil and aging resistance. This study is mainly about the effect of vesicant' s density and thickness of nitrile rubber foams to the materials' acoustic properties. The sound absorption and insulation mechanisms of nitrile rubber foams are also discussed.
