摘要
本论文选用CPE/NBR为隔音材料基材,研究了CPE/NBR不同比例对隔声胶片材料性能的影响,制备一种隔音性能、力学性能及耐高温性能良好的橡塑隔声材料。研究表明:随着NBR用量增加,隔声层密度和隔声量均呈下降趋势。随NBR用量的增加,隔声层的高温老化后硬度变化值降低,断裂伸长率保留率和对折性能提高。当CPE/NBR的用量比例为50/50时,综合性能较优,隔声量为22.1d B,拉伸强度老化保持率为120%。
In this paper, CPE/NBR was selected as the base material of sound insulation materials, and the effect of different ratios of CPE/NBR on the properties of sound insulation film materials was studied, and a rubber-plastic sound insulation material with good sound insulation, mechanical properties and high temperature resistance was prepared. Research surface: As the amount of NBR increases, the density of the sound insulation layer and the amount of sound insulation both show a downward trend. With the increase of the amount of NBR, the hardness change value of the sound insulation layer after high temperature aging decreases, and the retention rate of elongation at break and the folding performance increase. When the CPE/NBR dosage ratio is 50/50, the overall performance is better, the sound insulation is 22.1 d B, and the tensile strength aging retention rate is 120 %.
