课程整合结合PBL教学在睡眠呼吸障碍疾病中的应用分析

摘要 目的:研究课程整合结合PBL教学在睡眠呼吸障碍疾病中的应用效果,使学生能够更加全面地掌握睡眠呼吸障碍板块的理论知识,提高学生的临床诊疗水平。方法:随机选取山西卫生健康职业学院临床专业医学生100例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组采用传统课程整合方法授课,观察组采用课程整合结合PBL教学方法授课,对比2组学生的知识考核结果,并针对教学方式开展教学满意度调查问卷,分析学生对于课程整合结合PBL教学方式的接受度。结果:将2组调查结果进行对比,观察组的知识考核与课堂表现评价结果分数均高于对照组,并且观察组对于课程整合结合PBL的教学方式认同度高,学生自身觉得该教学方式对提高自己学习能力,激发学习兴趣有较大帮助,2组数据差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:课程整合结合PBL教学方式可以更加有效的使学生理解到教学内容,并可以促进学生学习的主动性,锻炼逻辑思维能力及与人交流沟通能力,提高学生对睡眠呼吸障碍疾病的认识及临床诊疗水平。 Objective:To study the application effect of curriculum integration combined with PBL teaching in sleep disordered breathing diseases,so that students can more comprehensively master the theoretical knowledge of sleep disordered breathing and improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment level.Methods:A total of 100 clinical medical students were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was taught by traditional curriculum integration method,and the observation group was taught by curriculum integration combined with PBL teaching method.The knowledge assessment results of the two groups were compared,and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire was carried out according to the teaching methods。Analyze the students′acceptance of the combination of curriculum integration and PBL teaching method.Results:Comparing the results of the two groups,the scores of knowledge assessment and classroom performance evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the observation group had high recognition of the teaching method of curriculum integration combined with PBL.The students felt that the teaching method was of great help to improve their learning ability and stimulate their interest in learning.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curriculum integration combined with PBL teaching method can more effectively make students understand the teaching content,promote students′learning initiative,exercise their logical thinking ability and communication ability,and improve students′understanding of sleep disordered breathing diseases and clinical diagnosis and treatment level.
