PBL教学联合SimMan模拟人应用于麻醉科住院医师规培中对规培质量的影响探究 被引量:2

Exploring the Impact of PBL Teaching Combined with SimMan Patient Simulators on the Quality of Residency Training in Anesthesiology

摘要 目的探究分析SimMan模拟人(Simman Patient Simulators)与问题驱动教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合教学方法在麻醉科住院医师规培应用中对规培质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2022年6月期间82名安徽理工大学第一附属医院/淮南市第一人民医院麻醉科住院医师。按随机数表法将住院医师分为A组与B组,A组41名,采取传统教学方式;B组41名,采取SimMan模拟人联合PBL教学方式。比较两组住院医师在规范化培训后的理论知识考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩、规培质量评价。结果B组麻醉科住院医师理论知识总分及案例分析、临床应用、判断处理分数高于A组,操作技能各项考核成绩及总分均高于A组住院医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组住院医师对规培质量的各项评价分数均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中应用PBL教学联合SimMan模拟人教学模式能提升医师理论知识、实操水平,提高规培质量,让住院医师更加满意,值得在规培中应用和推广。 Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the combined teaching method of SimMan Patient Simulators(SimMan)and problem-based learning(PBL)on the quality of training in the application of anesthesiology residency training.Methods 82 anesthesiology residents from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Technology/Huainan First People's Hospital were selected for the period of September 2018 to June 2022.Residents were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,41 in group A,with traditional teaching method,and 41 in group B,with SimMan Patient Simulators combined with PBL teaching method.The theoretical knowledge test scores,operational skills test scores,quality evaluation of training with training were compared between the two groups of residents after standardized training.Results The total score of theoretical knowledge,case analysis,clinical application,judgment and treatment of residents in anaesthesia department in group B were higher than those in group A,and the scores of each assessment and total score of operation skills were higher than those of residents in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the residents in group B had higher scores in all evaluation of the quality of training than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching combined with SimMan Patient Simulators teaching mode in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents can improve physicians'theoretical knowledge and practical operation level,improve the quality of training,and make residents more satisfied,which is worth applying and promoting in the training.
