摘要
电动汽车电驱动系统效率试验是电动汽车产品开发和测试中的重要内容。为更准确和高效地进行电驱动系统效率试验,基于ISO 21782标准对电驱动系统效率测试工况进行研究。依据ISO 21782和国家标准GB/T 18488对电动汽车电驱动系统的效率分别进行实验,对测试结果进行对比分析;结合整车道路循环工况,以ISO 21782的测试工况点为基础对电驱动系统的效率测试工况进行优化设计;提出电驱动系统效率的优化试验工况点并进行试验验证。优化测试工况点能够充分体现电驱动系统的整体效率情况,同时测试效率可以达到国家标准GB/T 18488的4.5倍。
The efficiency test of electric drive system of electric vehicle is the important content in the electric vehicle product development and test. For executing the more accurate and efficient efficiency test of electric drive system the research of the test operating points is conducted on ISO 21782 standard. According to the ISO 21782 and GB/T 18488 the efficiency tests were performed separately and the test results were compared and analyzed, the efficiency test operating points of electric drive system was optimized and designed on the basis of the ISO 21782 test operating points and the vehicle driving circle;finally the new efficiency test operating points of electric drive system was submitted and tested. The optimized test operating point could sufficiently show the overall picture of electric drive system efficiency and the test efficiency is 4.5 times of the GB/T 18488.
