摘要
核电厂DVC系统碘吸附器使用放射性甲基碘法进行效率试验时存在一定风险,在分析主控制室空调系统碘吸附器效率试验方法的基础上,根据主控制室空调系统的设计特点和现场实际情况决定定期更换碘吸附器及采用非放射性示踪介质(环己烷)的试验方法进行优化,并进行了碘吸附器的数据验证,证明该方法可在DVC系统安全、可靠使用。研究结果避免了DVC系统使用放射性甲基碘法进行试验,提高了核电站的运行安全性。
There are certain risks in efficiency test of iodine adsorber in DVC system of nuclear power plant using radioactive methyl iodine method.Based on the analysis of the test method of iodine adsorber efficiency of the main control room air conditioning system,the test method of regularly replacing the iodine adsorber and using non-radioactive tracer medium(cyclohexane)was decided according to the design characteristics of the main control room air conditioning system and the actual situation on site.The data verification of the iodine adsorber was carried out,which proved that the method could be used safely and reliably in the DVC system.The research results avoid the DVC system using the radioactive methyl iodine method for testing,and improve the operation safety of the nuclear power plant.
