电动汽车“驱动-充电”一体化拓扑研究 被引量:1

摘要 以减少电动汽车电机驱动器与电池充电器总体成本为目标,结合半功率升压技术提出了一种集成的电动汽车'驱动-充电'一体化拓扑结构及MTPA的弱磁控制策略。该一体化拓扑结构具有正向驱动和反向充电两种工作状态,在反向充电时共用正向驱动系统的主电路与控制电路,无需额外增加拓扑电路及功率器件,具有尺寸优势与成本优势。最后搭建仿真模型进行验证,结果表明,驱动状态下,满足驱动电机性能要求;充电状态下,也满足电池组在大功率充电模式下电流快速充电的要求,而且快速性与稳定性得以保证。研究通过仿真验证了'驱动-充电'一体化拓扑结构及相应控制策略的正确性与可行性,具有一定的推广价值与应用前景。 In order to reduce the total cost of electric motor drive and battery charger,an integrated driving and charging topology structure and MTPA’s weak magnetic control strategy are proposed.The integration of topological structure has two working states,a positive driving and reverse charging,main circuit and control circuit in the reverse charge sharing positive driving system,with no need for additional circuit topology and power devices,and has the size advantage and cost advantage.Finally,a simulation model is built to verify the results.The results show that,under the driving condition,the motor can meet the performance requirements;under the state of charging,it can also meet the requirements of fast charging of the battery in the high power charging mode,and the rapidity and stability can be guaranteed.The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the integrated structure and the corresponding control strategy,which is of great significance in application.
