摘要
目的探讨前列癃闭通片联合诺氟沙星在慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照研究,纳入2020年10月至2021年10月商丘市中心医院治疗的225例CP患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(113例,接受诺氟沙星治疗)与研究组(112例,接受前列癃闭通片联合诺氟沙星治疗),两组均治疗4周;研究周期内,剔除5例患者,最终纳入220例患者,研究组与对照组各110例。通过中医证候评分、慢性前列腺炎症状指数量表(NIH-CPSI)评价两组治疗前后症状改善情况,对比两组炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]和血液流变学指标,并对比前列癃闭通片与诺氟沙星联合治疗的安全性。结果经过4周治疗,相较于治疗前,两组中医证候评分、NIH-CPSI评分均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05);经过4周治疗,与治疗前相比,两组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-8水平降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05);经过4周治疗,与治疗前相比,两组全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度及全血还原黏度均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05);对比两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列癃闭通片联合诺氟沙星治疗可有效缓解CP患者临床症状,降低血液黏稠度,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the effect of Qianlielong Bitong tablet combined with norfloxacin in patients with chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial involving 225 CP patients treated in Center Hospital of Shangqiu from October 2020 to October 2021.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the study group(112 cases,treated with norfloxacin)and the control group(113 cases,treated with Qianlielong Bitong tablet combined with norfloxacin).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.During the trial period,5 patients were excluded,and 220 patients were finally included,110 in the study group and 110 in the control group.The symptom improvement of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by TCM syndrome score and chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),and the inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and hemorheological indexes of the two groups were compared,as well as the safety of qianlielongbitong tablet combined with norfloxacin.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome score and NIH-CPSI score of the two groups decreased,and the study was lower(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-8 in the two groups decreased on average compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood medium shear viscosity and whole blood reduced viscosity of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qianlielong Bitong tablet combined with norfloxacin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve hemorheology and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in CP patients.
