普外科临床教学中基于问题为导向的互动式教学法的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的将基于问题为导向的互动式教学法用于普外科临床教学中,探究其应用效果及应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月在南华大学附属长沙中心医院普外科实习的40名医生为研究对象,以不同的教学形式为依据进行分组,对照组20名采用常规教学法,观察组20名采用基于问题为导向的互动式教学法。对两组实习医生考核成绩、教学效果、实习医生教学满意度进行对比。结果观察组理论知识考核成绩、操作能力考核成绩、综合考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内容理解与知识记忆、交流互动、注意力及兴趣培养、思维拓展、自主思考与学习评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学满意度评价中,观察组针对带教作风及态度、带教水平、带教效果的评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科临床教学中,开展基于问题为导向的互动式教学法,不仅可以提高实习医生考核成绩、教学效果,还能提高实习医生教学满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect and application value of the interactive problem-based teaching method in general surgery clinical teaching.Methods 40 doctors who practiced in the General Surgery Department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to Nanhua University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.Groups were divided according to different teaching forms.Twenty of the control group used conventional teaching methods,and twenty of the observation group used problem-based interactive teaching methods.The assessment scores,teaching effectiveness,and intern doctors'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation ability and comprehensive examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of content understanding and knowledge memory,communication and interaction,attention and interest cultivation,thinking expansion,independent thinking and learning in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of teaching satisfaction,the scores of the observation group on teaching style and attitude,teaching level and teaching effect were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of general surgery,the interactive teaching method based on the problem-oriented approach can not only improve the assessment performance and teaching effect of intern doctors,but also improve the satisfaction of intern doctors in teaching.
