摘要
目的对护理岗位绩效管理实施后普外科管理效果进行分析。方法选取长沙市第一医院2020年8月—2021年8月、2021年9月—2022年8月两个时间段各18名普外科护理人员作为研究样本,前者对护理人员实施常规护理管理干预,将其设置为对照组;后者实施护理岗位绩效管理干预,将其设置为研究组。对上述措施实施后,两组护理质量综合考评得分、护理岗位管理绩效考评实施效果、护理人员对管理措施的满意度之间的差异性进行详细对比。结果研究组护理质量综合考评得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理岗位管理绩效考评实施效果各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理岗位绩效管理在普外科护理管理中发挥了显著优势,可以帮助护理人员提升综合素质,对护理质量及满意度均具积极意义。
Objective To analyze the management effect of general surgery after the implementation of nursing post performance management.Methods Eighteen general surgery nursing staffs in each of two time periods,from August 2020 to August 2021 and from September 2021 to August 2022,were selected as the study sample in Changsha First Hospital.The former implemented a routine nursing management intervention for the nursing staff and set them as a control group.The latter implemented the nursing post performance management intervention and set them as the study group.The differences between the nursing quality comprehensive assessment scores,nursing post management performance assessment implementation effects,and nursing staff satisfaction with management measures were compared in detail between the two groups after the implementation of the above measures.Results The comparison of the comprehensive nursing quality assessment scores showed that the scores of all indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in study group higher than control goup,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all indicators of the implementation effect of nursing post management performance appraisal in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing post performance management has played a significant advantage in general surgery nursing management.It can help nursing staff to improve their comprehensive quality,and has positive significance on nursing quality and satisfaction.
