国六轻型车催化转化器应用现状的分析 被引量:2

摘要 采集2019年至2021年共计917辆申报轻型车第6阶段排放标准的新车催化转化器数据,分别从载体单元数量分布、封装形式、三元催化器(TWC)和颗粒捕集器(GPF)分布、催化剂涂层厂分布、贵金属含量及贵金属测试结果合格率进行统计分析。结果表明:采集数据车辆多选用两个催化转化器载体单元,且多为TWC+GPF前后分布模式,除了TWC含有贵金属,95%的GPF也含有贵金属;贵金属多选用二贵金属元素,其中钯(Pd)、铑(Rh)配方占比最多,单贵金属元素和三贵金属元素配方占比较少;贵金属含量分布范围大,GPF贵金属含量普遍低于TWC贵金属含量;催化剂涂层多选用进口涂层厂及少部分国内涂层厂,且贵金属测试结果合格率高,部分国内涂层厂贵金属含量测试结果合格率低。因此可结合排放数据综合分析原因,实现对车用尾气排放控制系统的有效监控,从源头预防角度为大气污染提供防治思路。 The catalytic converter data of 917 new vehicles applying for the phase 6 emission standard of light vehicles from 2019 to 2021was collected,and statistical analysis was carried out from the number distribution of carrier units,packaging form,three-way catalyst(TWC)and gasonline particulate filter(GPF)distribution,catalyst coating plant distribution,precious metal content and the qualified rate of precious metal test results.The results show that two catalytic converter carrier units are mostly selected for data collection vehicles,and most of them are TWC+GPF front and rear distribution mode.In addition to TWC containing precious metals,95%GPF also contains precious metals.Precious metals mostly uses secondary precious metal elements,among which palladium(Pd)and rhodium(Rh)formulas account for the most,while single precious metal element and triple precious metal elements account for less.The distribution range of precious metals content are large,and the precious metal content of GPF is generally lower than that of TWC.Imported coating plants and a few domestic coating plants are mostly selected for catalyst coating,and the qualified rate of precious metal test results is high,while the qualified rate of precious metal content test results of some domestic coating plants is low.Therefore,the causes could be comprehensively analyzed in combination with the emission data to realize the effective monitoring of the vehicle exhaust emission control system,and provide prevention and control ideas for air pollution from the perspective of source prevention.
