摘要
喷淋蚀刻技术是印刷电路板换热器(PCHE)换热单元通道加工的重要方法,在蚀刻过程中,很多因素都会影响蚀刻效果。针对喷淋压力、蚀刻液温度、蚀刻液FeCl3溶液质量浓度和H3PO4溶液浓度等4类影响因素,研究其对蚀刻速率、蚀刻因子和通道表面粗糙度的影响。
Spray etching technology is an important method for channel processing of printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE) heat exchange unit.In the etching process,many factors affect the etching effect.Four kinds of influencing factors,such as spray pressure,etching temperature,etching solution FeCl3mass concentration and H3PO4concentration are selected to study the influence on the etching rate,the etching factor and channel surface roughness.
