摘要
为了落实国务院对农村乱占耕地建房问题的整治工作,以A地区为例,摸清A地区乱占耕地建房情况,探究乱占耕地建房的驱动力因素。利用A地区乱占耕地的现状调查与统计数据,结合历年统计年鉴的社会经济数据,分析了A地区2016—2020年乱占耕地建房扩张的过程与特点,采用灰色关联度分析、线性相关分析方法定量分析乱占耕地建房变化的驱动因素。研究结果表明:A地区乱占耕地建房面积变化总体呈现迅速增长趋势,乱占耕地建房的现象突出;各类社会经济驱动因素中,第一产业的不断发展、地区生产总值的增长、人均GDP的增长是影响该地区乱占耕地建房扩张的最重要因素。
In order to implement the State Council's rectification work on the problem of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses in rural areas,taking region Aas an example to find out the situation of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses inthis region,and explore driving factors of the indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses.Based on the survey and statistical data of the current situation of the land occupation in region A,combined with the social and economic data of the statistical yearbook over the years,this paper analyzes the process and characteristics of the expansion of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses in this area from 2016 to 2020,and uses the methods of grey correlation analysis and linear correlation analysis to quantitatively analyze the driving factors of the change of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses.The results show thatthe change of the area of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land in regionA shows a rapid growth trend,and the phenomenon of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses is prominent;among the various social and economic driving factors,the continuous development of the primary industry,the growth of regional GDP,the growth of per capita GDP are the most important factors that affect the expansion of indiscriminate occupation of cultivated land to build houses in thisregion.
