摘要
提升城镇土地利用效率是推进新型城镇化的重要举措.以陕西省为例,基于2018年陕西省土地利用类型数据、供地数据、人口数据、社会经济数据,分别构建10个地级市新型城镇化与土地集约利用评价指标体系,基于耦合协调度模型,揭示城镇化与土地集约利用之间耦合协调特征.结论如下:(1)就城镇化而言,陕西省城镇化水平还处于较低水平,城镇化水平平均值仅为0.2334,城镇化水平关中地区>陕北地区>陕南地区;(2)就城市土地集约利用状况而言,陕西省土地集约利用水平相对较高,土地集约度平均值为0.7207,各市土地集约度均>0.5,土地集约利用水平陕南地区>关中地区>陕北地区;(3)通过耦合协调性分析发现,全省耦合协调发展度平均值为0.4528,处于较低水平的耦合协调发展阶段.西安处于较高水平耦合协调发展阶段.商洛、安康、延安、榆林处于低水平耦合协调发展阶段.其余各市均处于较低水平的耦合协调发展阶段,耦合协调发展度关中地区>陕北地区>陕南地区.其主要原因在于,城镇化发展滞后于城市土地集约利用水平.
Improving urban land use efficiency is an important measure to promote new urbanization.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,based on the land use type data,land supply data,population data,and social and economic data of Shaanxi Province in 2018,10 prefecture-level cities were constructed to evaluate new urbanization and land intensive use evaluation index systems.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,revealing the coupling coordination characteristics between urbanization and intensive land use.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of urbanization,the urbanization level of Shaanxi Province is still at a relatively low level,the average urbanization level is only 0.2334.From the perspective of sub-regions,the urbanization level is concluded as Guanzhong area>northern Shaanxi>southern Shaanxi.(2)In terms of urban land intensive use,the level of land intensive use in Shaanxi Province is relatively high,the average value of land intensive degree is 0.7207,the land intensive degree of each city is>0.5.From the perspective of sub-regions,the level of land intensive use is concluded as southern Shaanxi>Guanzhong>northern Shaanxi.(3)Through the analysis of coupling coordination,it is found that the average coupling coordination development degree in the whole province is 0.4528,which is at a relatively lower-level of coupling coordination development.Xi’an is in the stage of higher-level coupling and coordinated development.Shangluo,Ankang,Yan’an and Yulin are in the stage of lowest-level coupling and coordinated development.The rest of the cities are at a relatively lower-level of coupling and coordinated development.In terms of sub-regions,the coupling and coordinated development degree is concluded as southern Shaanxi>Guanzhong>northern Shaanxi.The main reason is that the development of urbanization lags behind the intensive utilization level of urban land.
