摘要
机械制造精密零件钻孔过程中,主要针对单一的误差影响因素建立控制函数,实现钻孔误差的控制,导致控制后制孔偏差角度依旧较大。因此,提出机械制造精密零件钻孔误差控制技术研究。根据精密零件钻孔机床的加工模式进行分析,构建制造机床运动学模型。从介观尺度加工特点入手,描述不同钻孔加工工序的状态矢量,获取动态工序流误差传递模式。依托于加工误差映射理念,设计钻孔误差源诊断方法,获取误差源集合。对于钻孔设备刚度、热加工工艺以及定位基准精度等误差影响因素,分别建立控制函数,再结合多元统计法生成综合性控制函数达到控制精密零件钻孔误差的目的。实验结果表明:所以控制技术应用后钻孔的偏差角度均低于0.5°,与基于神经网络、基于修正参数的误差控制技术的应用效果相比,钻孔偏差角度降低了85.78%、81.14%。
In the drilling process of precision parts in mechanical manufacturing,the control function is mainly established for a single error influencing factor to realize the control of drilling error,resulting in a large drilling deviation angle after control.Therefore,the research on drilling error control technology of precision parts in mechanical manufacturing is proposed.According to the analysis of the machining mode of precision parts drilling machine tool,the kinematics model of manufacturing machine tool is constructed.Starting with the characteristics of mesoscopic scale machining,the state vectors of different drilling processes are described,and the error transmission mode of dynamic process flow is obtained.Based on the concept of machining error mapping,the drilling error source diagnosis method is designed to obtain the error source set.For the error influencing factors such as the rigidity of drilling equipment,hot processing technology and positioning reference accuracy,the control functions are established respectively,and then combined with the multivariate statistical method to generate a comprehensive control function to control the drilling error of precision parts.The experimental results show that the deviation angle of drilling after the application of control technology is less than 0.5°.Compared with the application effect of error control technology based on neural network and correction parameters,the deviation angle of drilling is reduced by 85.78%and 81.14%.
