摘要 为了解决皮带机在运行过程中无法根据负载情况自动调整皮带机运行带速导致的能耗高、磨损大、寿命低的问题,提出了一种基于变频调速的皮带机节能控制技术。该技术通过视频监测的方案对皮带机负载情况进行监测,通过变频控制系统实现对皮带机运行带速进行灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,新的节能控制系统能够将皮带机运行平均带速降低23.4%,将运行能耗降低11.6%,对提升皮带机系统运行的经济性和使用寿命具有十分重要的意义。 In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption,high wear and tear,and low life expectancy caused by the inability to automatically adjust the belt speed of the belt conveyor according to the load condition during operation,a belt conveyor energy-saving control technology based on frequency conversion speed regulation is proposed,in which the belt conveyor load condition is monitored through a video monitoring scheme and the belt conveyor operating belt speed is flexibly adjusted through a frequency conversion control system.According to the practical application,the new energy-saving control system can reduce the average belt speed of the belt conveyor operation by 23.4%and reduce the energy consumption of the operation by 11.6%,which is of great significance to improve the operation economy and service life of the belt conveyor system.
