摘要
本文从进气系统、排气系统、电控系统以及后处理系统四个方面详细地对矿用柴油机防爆技术进行了概述与总结。矿用柴油机的进气系统主要通过进气阻火格栅和空气关断阀实现防爆;湿式排气系统在矿用柴油机上应用较为广泛,但加装排气水洗箱使得排气背压大幅提高,导致发动机动力性及排放恶化;干式排气系统及新型湿式排气系统能够有效解决排气背压大的问题;矿用柴油机的ECU应安装在专用的隔爆箱内,电子元件需要浇封处理;后处理系统的DOC、SCR等装置防爆技术的关键在于在保障内部温度的同时,还要避免外壳温度过高。最后,结合防爆无轨胶轮车的应用现状,展望了柴油机防爆技术的发展趋势。
In this paper, the explosion-proof technology of mine diesel engine is summarized from four aspects: intake system, exhaust system, electric control system and exhaust aftertreatment system. The intake system of mine diesel engine mainly relies on the flame arrester and the air shut-off valve to achieve explosion-proof. Wet exhaust system is widely used, but the addition of the waste gas treatment tank makes back pressure greatly increased, resulting in the deterioration of engine power performance and emissions. Dry exhaust system and innovative wet exhaust system can effectively solve this problem. The ECU of the mine diesel engine should be installed in explosion-proof box, and the electronic components need to be poured and sealed. The key of explosion-proof technology of DOC, SCR and other devices in exhaust aftertreatment system is to avoid excessive shell temperature while ensuring internal temperature still high. Finally, the development trend of explosion-proof technology of diesel engine is forecasted based on the application status of explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel vehicle.
