摘要
采用FLUENT软件分别对防爆柴油机平板和波纹阻火器进行了三维流场数值模拟,获得了在定解条件下两种阻火器的温度、压力、湍动能的三维流场分布,分析了两种阻火器的隔爆能力、流通能力和淬熄距离。结果表明,阻火器狭缝尺寸越大、自由面积率越高,隔爆性能越差;火焰的淬熄距离与传播速度呈正相关;平板阻火器的压力损失比波纹阻火器的压力损失大,但是隔爆能力却相反,二者是此消彼长,相互矛盾的。对不同形式阻火器的选用视具体情况而定。
In this paper, the three-dimensional numerical flow filed simulation of the plate and the corrugate flame arrester of explosion-proof diesel engine is carried out by FLUENT. The three-dimensional flow field distribution of two kinds of flame arrester temperature, pressure and turbulent kinetic energy are obtained. The results show that the flame arrester slit size is bigger, the free area rate higher, explosion-proof performance worse; flame quenching distance and propagation rate were positively correlated; the pressure loss of the flat plate type arrester bigge than corrugated type flame arrester, but explosion-proof ability opposite. Second is the shift and conflicting. The selection of different forms of fire resistance depends on the specific circumstances.
