摘要
煤矿的开采离不开柴油机提供动力,柴油机废气的处理成为井下安全作业的首要问题,以某型无轨胶轮车的防爆柴油发动机为例,详细介绍了防爆柴油发动机废气处理系统的设计、主要冷却部件的作用、废气冷却的方法。对煤矿的安全生产有重要的意义。
Coal mining cannot do without diesel engines to provide power,diesel engines exhaust gas treatment has become the most important issue of mine safety operations, this paper takes a certain type of trackless rubber tyred vehicle explosion-proof diesel engine as an example, introduces in detail the explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust gas treatment system design, the role of main cooling parts, exhaust gas cooling method. There is an important significance to the safety production of coal mine.
