高等教育高质量发展视角下大学教学评价制度的改革进路 被引量:26

摘要 高等教育高质量发展的核心要义是强化高等教育的育人本位,促进人的全面发展。以人的全面发展为根基,倡导治理现代化、分类发展和伦理意蕴,既是新时期高等教育高质量发展的重要维度,也是面向高等教育高质量发展推进大学教学评价制度变革和完善的主要向度。目前,我国大学教学评价制度尚存在行政力量主导、重教轻学、工具理性崇拜、管理价值至上等与高质量发展相悖的问题。大学教学评价制度应树立多元主体共同评价的理念,突出学术权力的主体性地位;加强配套机制建设,构建以“学”为中心的评价机制;坚持建构主义评价观,健全多元分类的评价体系;遵循管理伦理规范与道德精神,完善评教结果的反馈与利用机制。 The core of high-quality development of higher education is to strengthen the people-oriented concept and to promote students’ all-around development. Building comprehensive development as the foundation and promoting the governance modernization, classified development and ethics are not only an important dimension for the high-quality development of higher education in the new era, but also the main direction in reforming and improving the university teaching evaluation system. At present, the university teaching evaluation system in China still has some problems like administrative domination, emphasis of teaching over learning, worshiping instrumental rationality and putting management value first, which are contrary to high-quality development. The right system can be established by following the philosophy of multi-subject joint evaluation to highlight the subjectivity of academic power, strengthening supporting mechanisms especially the learning-centered evaluation mechanism, persisting in the constructivist evaluation concept to construct a diversified evaluation system, following ethical and moral codes of management, and improving the feedback and utilization mechanism of evaluation results.
