摘要
教育经费是教育事业发展的有力支持和坚实基础,对促进教育事业的发展起着不可或缺的作用。以近5年陕西省高等教育经费投入数据为依据,分析其现状,存在财政性投入总量相对不足、教育经费来源结构单一、生均经费提升不稳定等方面问题,提出要科学合理增加省高等教育财政性经费投入、促进多元化经费来源、提高生均经费等建议。以期为相关管理部门扩大经费投入规模、提高高等教育经费投入的效益水平提供一定的参考和支持。
Educational funding is a strong support and solid foundation for the development of education and plays an indispensable role in promoting the development of education.Based on the data of higher education funding in Shaanxi Province in the past five years,this paper analyzes the current situation and points out the existing problems such as relative insufficiency of the total amount of financial investment,the single source structure of education funding,and the unstable increase of the per capita educational funding.It is proposed to scientifically and reasonably increase the financial investment in higher education in Shaanxi Province,promote the diversification of funding sources,and increase the per capita educational funding,aiming to provide reference and suggestions for the relevant management departments to expand the scale of funding and improve the efficiency level of higher education funding.
