摘要
稀缺教育资源的合理配置对中国式现代化背景下经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文使用1998—2018年31个省份的面板数据分析教育经费结构对经济高质量发展影响。结果表明:在层级结构中,初等教育相对高等教育促进作用更显著,为解决内生性问题,使用人均编制教师数量作为工具变量的回归结果支持这一结论;在使用结构中,教育事业费和公用经费促进作用更显著;在类别结构中,普通教育相对职业教育促进作用更显著。因此,应进一步优化教育经费结构,科学规划教育经费支出、确保初等教育经费投入,重点保障教学活动相关的教育事业费和公用部分经费,发展普通教育提高劳动力整体文化水平,同时提高职业教育质量。
The rational allocation of scarce educational resources is of great significance to the high-quality economic development in the context of Chinese modernization.This paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces from 1998 to 2018 to study the impact of the structure of education funds on high-quality economic development.The results show that:in the hierarchy,primary education plays a more significant role than higher education.In order to solve the endogenous problem,the regression results using the number of teachers per capita as a tool variable support this conclusion.In the use structure,the promotion role of education fees and public funds is significant.In the category structure,general education plays a more significant role than vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the structure of education funds,scientifically plan education expenditure,ensure investment in primary education funds,focus on ensuring education expenses related to teaching activities and public funds,develop general education,improve the overall cultural level of the labor force,and improve the quality of vocational education.
