摘要
目的探讨PBL联合情景教学法在临床护理教学工作中的应用效果。方法于2021年1月至2022年1月期间,选择在我院重症监护室工作的60位护理人员作为研究对象。通过随机数字表把60位护理人员分成观察组和对照组,每组30人。观察组采取PBL联合情景教学法,对照组采取传统的临床带教模式,对两组护理人员的工作态度、患者满意程度以及理论知识掌握进行对比分析。结果与对照组30位护理人员相比较,工作态度、患者满意程度以及理论知识掌握等方面,观察组中的30位护理人员都明显优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论PBL联合情景教学法,能够提升护理人员工作态度,提高临床护理水平,提高患者的满意程度。而且还对护理人员的理论知识和操作技能起到提高的效果,值得在大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with situational teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,60 nurses working in the ICU of our hospital were assigned into observation group and control group by random number table,30 nurses in each group.Nurses in the observation group were given PBL combined with situational teaching method,and the control group accepted the traditional clinical teaching mode.The work attitude,patient satisfaction and theoretical knowledge of the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed.Results Nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of work attitude,patient satisfaction and theoretical knowledge(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.Conclusion PBL combined with situational teaching method can improve nurses’working attitude,clinical nursing level and patients’satisfaction.Nursing staffs also can benefit from this educational program to improve their theoretical knowledge and operational skills.PBL combined with situational teaching is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
