摘要
网络视觉营销是电子商务专业的一门专业课程,具有较强的实践性与应用性。课程设置目的为培养电商企业需要的视觉营销人才,但是,从目前的实际效果来看,培养的学生无法满足企业的要求,因此,创新教学模式,提高学生实践能力势在必行。为了确保学生符合用人企业要求,课程引入“项目导入式”教学方法;通过课堂理论知识讲授、课后模拟实践项目,引导学生按照企业工作流程完成课题;并且采用多元化的评价机制,通过小组互评、教师总评与企业参评的评价模式,提高学生的实践能力,培养学生良好的团队协作意识,优化人才培养模式。
Network visual marketing is a professional course in the field of E-commerce,which has strong practicality and applicability.The purpose of the curriculum is to cultivate visual marketing talents required by E-commerce enterprises.However,from the current actual results,the students trained in the course cannot meet the requirements of the enterprise.Therefore,it is imperative to innovate teaching models and improve student's practical abilities.To ensure that students meet the requirements of employers,the course introduces a“project introduction”teaching method.By teaching theoretical knowledge in the classroom and simulating practical projects after class,guide students to complete the project according to the enterprise workflow.And adopting a diversified evaluation mechanism,through the evaluation model of group mutual evaluation,teacher general evaluation,and enterprise participation,to improve students'practical ability,cultivate students good teamwork awareness,and optimize talent cultivation mode.
